Refund and Returns Policy

Replacements Refunds

All replacement requests must be sent to our customer service staff at info@tubaadates.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Within 2–7 working days of receiving and approving the request, the replacement item(s) will be dispatched.

Conditions for Refunds-

• The delivery resulted in product damage
• The item is broken, damaged or out of date.
• The wrong item was shipped. 

To return items ordered

• You will be entitled to a product worth the same quantity or the same amount of money as you are returning the product if you want to exchange it or return it.

Get your money back:

• To credit your account with the refund, please allow 5-7 business days. Your refund, replacement, or modification will be determined by the offer price you paid if you bought the goods at that price.

Refunds will be given in the following sequence when using various payment methods to purchase goods and services and returning part of the items you ordered:

• If bought straight from the retailer  – Cash
• If you made an online purchase or contacted customer service  – Mobile Banking Portal (Bkash/ Cash)

Shipping policy

Standard Delivery:  The estimated time of delivery:

• Inside Dhaka city up to 02 (two) working days.
• To Dhaka suburb (Narayangonj, Savar, Ashulia, Gazipur & Keranigonj) up to 03 (three) working days.
• Delivery to District level up to 05 (five) working days.
• Delivery to Thana level up to 07(seven) working days.

Note:

• Any order placed after 4 pm will be considered as order of next business day, not as same day.
• Business Day: Saturday to Thursday except public holidays.
• In case of “force majeure” like natural disaster, civil war, political violence, strikes, your order may need extra times to be delivered to your destination.
